Double Miter 45°/90° ‌Twin Saw & 12 Pin Hole Drilling Unit

The WD 450Y machine is designed for cutting wooden door frame and moulding profiles at 45° / 90° angles and for drilling corner connection holes for frame and moulding profiles.

- The left unit is fixed and the right unit is mobile.
- The machine securely fixes the part with pressure holders.
- The right unit provides convenience in cutting thanks to mechanical fixing.
- Cutting saw and drilling group are pneumatic (automatic) moving.
- The part size can be adjusted easily and precisely with the precision measuring ruler.
- It can move easily with the linear slide unit with lubrication system.
- 45° and 90° squaring can be done on the dimensioned case.
- 45° frame joining holes can be drilled.
- It has double frame clamping feature. Cutting parameters of the clamped frame are 100−180 mm.
- It can cut moulded frames with Ø450 mm saw.
- It can cut maximum 380 mm widths.
- There are 4 motors in total, 2 for drilling and 2 for cutting.
- It can easily cut frame profiles up to 200 mm in width.
- Completes all operations of the door frame in 60 seconds.
